At Loacker, we strive for the highest quality in every bite; however, due to the perishable nature of our premium wafers and chocolates, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery to initiate a replacement or refund for any quality concerns.

    Our team will review your claim within 48 hours to confirm the eligibility for a refund or a fresh replacement shipment.

    Once approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method or a new trackable package will be dispatched to your address.
